License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MoneyWords on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple’s applicable usage rules. You may not sell, redistribute, reproduce the catalog in bulk, circumvent access controls, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Premium subscription
MoneyWords Premium is an annual auto-renewable subscription that provides the complete term library, guided practice, and a personalized topic-and-level learning feed.
The localized price, subscription period, and any introductory offer for which you are eligible are displayed before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged through your Apple account. The subscription renews annually unless canceled before renewal in App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Introductory-offer eligibility, billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are administered by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms applicable to your account and region. You can restore an eligible purchase from the app. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
Apple terms
Your licensed use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a custom EULA presented through the App Store supersedes it.
Your information
You retain your rights in collection names and other content you enter. Optional backup uses your private iCloud database. How the app handles information is explained in the MoneyWords Privacy Policy.
Ownership
MoneyWords, its design, software, catalog, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to 1001463290 ONTARIO INC. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Availability and changes
We may correct, update, add, or remove app content and features. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or protection of the service. Continued availability of Apple services, the App Store, StoreKit, and iCloud is outside our control.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoneyWords is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1001463290 ONTARIO INC. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or investment-related losses arising from reliance on educational content or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
Termination
You may stop using MoneyWords at any time. Premium access ends when the applicable entitlement expires or is revoked. We may terminate access if required by law or for a material violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes to MoneyWords or legal requirements. The current version and update date will appear on this page.
